Overview
Students attempting to make an Academic Advising appointment may receive the following error message if a Canvas account does not exist: "Failed to log in: Canvas does not have an account for user."
Issue
Academic Advising appointments are usually created in Canvas. Without a Canvas account, student cannot make an Advising appointment within MyAACC.
Instructions

If you receive an error message of "Failed Log In - Canvas doesn't have an account for user", when attempting to make an appointment to Academic Advising, please email Academic Advising at advising@aacc.edu or call 410-777-2307 to schedule an appointment.
