Overview
AACC Admissions (Recruit) accounts lock after 180 days of inactivity. The Recruit portal is used by prospective students to complete the credit or nursing applications.
Issue
If you receive a message that “Your AACC Application for Admissions user account is locked," and you have already successfully completed the Admissions application, you should have received an email containing information regarding your AACC email address and how to create a password to log into MyAACC. After receiving your acceptance, you'll log in to MyAACC with an AACC email address (ex. username@mymail.aacc.edu).
For the AACC Admissions (Recruit) portal, your username is typically your personal email address. You can access your Admissions account here: https://aacc.elluciancrmrecruit.com/Apply/Account/Login
If you cannot remember your username or password and have tried unsuccessfully too many times to log in the admission application, the account will be locked.

Navigate to the Recruit Service Offering page to submit a ticket for assistance. You may also call the Service Desk at 410-777-HELP (4357) for assistance.
