The Technical Service Desk (commonly referred to as the Help Desk) serves as a central point of contact for technology related requests and problem resolution.

Remote / Phone Support

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am - 6:30 pm

Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Sunday: Closed

On-Site Support

Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Winter Break Support (2024/2025)

Limited technical support will be available during winter break for students who are enrolled in online courses. The primary focus of the technical support is to address log in/access issues related to the MyAACC Portal and provide Canvas support to minimize the impact on student learning.
