Noncredit Transfer Requests

Instructions for requesting a transfer for a noncredit course.

Overview

Students can use the Noncredit Registration System to request a transfer between course sections, as long as the transfer deadline has not passed.

Instructions

Navigate to the Noncredit Registration System and log in with your AACC account (ex. rhawk2@mymail.aacc.edu).  Select the My Classes page. Under My Current Courses, students can select the Request Transfer button as long as the transfer deadline date for that section has not passed.

You will then see the Transfer Request page and will need to select the orange Search Courses button to find and select the class you want to transfer into.

After searching for the course and finding the section you want to transfer into, select the orange Request Transfer Into This Section button on the section. You can also select Cancel Transfer Request if you changed your mind and would not like to transfer.

You will then see the Transfer Request page again with the class you are transferring From and Into. You will have to provide a reason for the transfer request before selecting the Submit button.

You will then be taken back to the My Classes page with a message confirming the transfer request submission. You can also view the status of your transfer request under the Actions and Status column in the My Current Courses section.

After the registration team reviews and processes the transfer request, you will receive an email notification. If the transfer request is denied, the status of the request will be updated to Denied in the My Current Courses list.
