Overview
Your AACC Microsoft account includes a Security Information section where you can manage the authentication methods used for Self-Service Password Reset and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). It’s important to review this information regularly to ensure that all methods listed—such as phone numbers, email addresses, and authenticator apps—are current and belong to you.
Instructions
Follow these steps to access your Security Information:

Go to MyAACC and sign in using your AACC email address and password.

On the dashboard, locate the Email and Microsoft 365 card.

Select Outlook Email to open your AACC email in Microsoft 365.

In the top right corner, select your profile icon (your initials or profile photo).

Select View Account from the dropdown menu.

You’ll be taken to the My Account page.

In the right-hand page navigation, select Security info.

Review your list of authentication methods. Ensure all listed methods are accurate and belong to you. If needed, you can add, remove, or update your authentication options from this page.
