Overview
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) provides access to cloud based virtual desktops to support remote learning and administrative access when away from campus. Adobe applications are installed in AVD. Follow the instructions below regarding accessing Adobe Creative Cloud.

Instructions
Adobe Creative Cloud Access
Depending on your level of access, you may have access to the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite within the Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment. Access to these application can be accomplished following the steps below.
- When launching Adobe Creative Cloud, you will be prompted to sign in. You should use your own AACC email address for this, not a generic account. Staff and Faculty members should use their fac/staff email (username@aacc.edu) and Students should use their student email (username@mymail.aacc.edu). Student accounts are only licensed if the account is enrolled in a course that requires the use of Adobe products.
- After entering your email address in Creative Cloud, you will be redirected to AACC's sign-in page.
Enter your AACC email address and account password.
3. After successfully signing in, your available Adobe Creative Cloud applications will load. Accessible applications that are not installed will be available to install and applications that are installed can be opened from this window.
