The Technical Service Desk (commonly referred to as the Help Desk) serves as a central point of contact for technology-related requests and problem resolution.

Remote / Phone Support

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 am – 6:30 pm
  • Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • Sunday: Closed

Drop-In Support (Careers 108)

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

* Friday on-site support is paused during faculty off-contract periods (June 20 – August 15, 2025).

Winter Break Support (2024/2025)

Limited technical support will be available during winter break for students enrolled in online courses. The focus will be on resolving login/access issues for the MyAACC Portal and providing Canvas support.
