Overview
Beginning October 1, 2022, Microsoft disabled support for legacy authentication to access Microsoft 365 services. To access your email and other M365 services, you must sign in using modern authentication, described below.
iOS Device using the Mail App
Step 1: Remove your AACC account.
Tap Settings > Mail > Accounts on your iOS device.

Select your AACC account and tap Delete Account.

Step 2: Re-add your AACC account
Select Add Account and tap Microsoft Exchange.

Enter your @aacc.edu or @mymail.aacc.edu email address and a description.

Tap Sign In. Do not select Configure Manually.

Enter your @aacc.edu or @mymail.aacc.edu email address and password and select Sign In. If MFA has already been enabled for your account, you will receive an MFA prompt at this time (Authenticator App or Phone Call). Once you have approved MFA, navigate back to your iOS Settings.

Tap Save.
Android Device using the Email App
- Go to Applications > Email.
- Tap the Settings menu and tap Accounts.
- Press and hold your @aacc.edu Exchange Account.
- On the Menu window, click Remove Account.
- Tap OK or Remove Account to finish.
- Re-add the account using the Office 365 option.

- Enter your @aacc.edu or @mymail.aacc.edu email address and select Next.

- Sign in using your @aacc.edu or @mymail.aacc.edu email address and password. Then, approve your sign in using your preferred MFA method.
