Use this service if you need assistance with LiquidFiles, including problems accessing the application, sending or receiving secure files, or questions about its features and functionality.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
This service is available to AACC employees who have access to LiquidFiles.
Submit a support request through the IIT Client Portal.
Where Can I Get It?
LiquidFiles can be accessed here: https://xfer.aacc.edu/
How Do I Use It?
Submit a support request and include as much information as possible, such as:
- A description of the issue or question.
- Any error messages you received.
- The email address of the sender or recipient, if applicable.
- The date and time the issue occurred.
- Screenshots, if available.
An IIT technician will review your request and contact you if additional information is needed.
