What Is This Service?
This service allows faculty, staff, and students to report suspected spam, phishing, or malicious emails. Our Information Security team will review the submission and take appropriate action to protect users and the college network.
Where Can I Get It?
You can submit a spam email inquiry through the Service Desk Client Portal. If you need immediate assistance, contact the Service Desk directly at 410-777-HELP (4357).
Additional Information
- Do not click on any links or download attachments from suspicious emails.
- If an email asks for your login credentials or personal information, it may be a phishing attempt.
- Report spam by submitting this request, and attaching the email in question if possible.
- Our team will investigate and take necessary actions, including blocking malicious senders and updating spam filters.
