What Is This Service?

Ellucian Insights is a cloud-based reporting and analytics platform that provides access to institutional data through interactive dashboards and reports. It replaces our previous reporting tool, Informer, and serves as AACC’s primary solution for data analysis and visualization.

Insights brings together data from Ellucian systems (such as Colleague) and other sources into a centralized data environment. It includes pre-built reports and dashboards, along with tools for exploring data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making across the college. The platform is designed to provide secure, role-based access so users can view and analyze data relevant to their responsibilities.

Where Can I Get It?

Ellucian Insights is available through the MyAACC portal.

  1. Log in to MyAACC
  2. Select the Applications button in the top-right corner
  3. Choose Insights from the list of available applications

Users who previously had access to Informer should already have access to Insights.

Additional Information

If you need access to Ellucian Insights, please follow the process below:

  • Your supervisor should contact the appropriate module leader to request access
  • The module leader will review and grant access based on your role
