What Is This Service?
The Student Opinion Form system displays your courses that are currently open for responses. The survey is available for a limited time; it opens after the course withdrawal date and closes prior to the end of the term.
Where Can I Get It?
The Student Opinion Form is accessible from MyAACC and Canvas.
MyAACC: Select Main Menu in the top left, then select Assessments and Learning Evaluations.
Canvas: Select your course, then select Assessments and Learning Evaluations.
Select the Request Help with Student Opinion Form button on this page for assistance with the Student Opinion Form.
