Accessing Credit Student Opinion Forms

Overview

Starting in Fall 2023, AACC will begin using a new Student Opinion Form service for Credit courses. This article will explain how to access the Student Opinion Form from the MyAACC dashboard and from within Canvas.

Instructions

MyAACC Dashboard:

1. Login to MyAACC

2. Select the three horizontal lines in the top left corner

3. Select Resources and then Assessments and Learning Evaluations

4. The Student Opinion Form dashboard will open where you will be able to access all of your available Student Opinion Forms

Student Opinion Form Dashboard opens. You can select any of your available Student Opinion Form to complete.

 

Canvas:

1. Login to MyAACC

2. Select Access Canvas from the MyAACC Dashboard

Select Access Canvas

3. Select your desired course from the Canvas Dashboard

4. In the left hand course menu select Assessments and Learning Evaluations and then select Open in New Tab

5. The Student Opinion Form dashboard will open where you will be able to access all of your available Student Opinion Forms

Student Opinion Form Dashboard opens. You can select any of your available Student Opinion Form to complete.

Email Reminders:

You will receive an email notification with a link to your survey to your AACC email address when the Student Opinion Form opens, as well as regular email reminders to complete them.

Student Opinion Form
The Student Opinion Form system displays your courses that are currently open for responses. The survey is available for a limited time; it opens after the course withdrawal date and closes prior to the end of the term.
