Overview
Starting in Fall 2023, AACC will begin using a new Student Opinion Form service for Credit courses. This article will explain how to access the Student Opinion Form from the MyAACC dashboard and from within Canvas.
Instructions
1. Login to MyAACC
2. Select the three horizontal lines in the top left corner
3. Select Assessments and Learning Evaluations in the Resources section
4. The Student Opinion Form dashboard will open where you will be able to access all of your available Student Opinion Forms
Canvas:
1. Login to MyAACC
2. Select Access Canvas from the MyAACC Dashboard
3. Select your desired course from the Canvas Dashboard
4. In the left hand course menu select Assessments and Learning Evaluations and then select Open in New Tab
5. The Student Opinion Form dashboard will open where you will be able to access all of your available Student Opinion Forms

Email Reminders:
You will receive an email notification with a link to your survey to your AACC email address when the Student Opinion Form opens, as well as regular email reminders to complete them.
