 Student Opinion Form

All courses are evaluated by students using online Student Opinion Forms (SOFs) at the conclusion of each course. These forms have standard questions with opportunities for anecdotal feedback. Students are also given the opportunity to leave comments, summary judgment of the course, and teaching faculty. The Student Opinion Form system displays your courses that are currently open for responses. The survey is available for a limited time; it opens after the course withdrawal date and closes prior to the end of the term.
