Problem with Self Services

What Is This Service?

Report a problem navigating or accessing Colleague Self Services. Self Services replaced Web Advisor as Colleague's end user interface. Colleague Self Services can be accessed from the Menu in the MyAACC Portal.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

AACC faculty, staff, and students. 

Where Can I Get It?

Sign into MyAACC with your student username and password.  Select of of the options from the Menu in the top left corner of your screen. 

To report a problem or outage with Colleague Self Services, select the Problem with Self Services button on this page. 

How Do I Use It?

Colleague Self Services includes the following functionality: 

  • Student Finance
  • Financial Aid
  • Tax Information
  • Banking Information
  • Employee Information
  • Student Planning, Scheduling and Registration
  • Course Catalog
  • Grades
