What Is This Service?
Local computer admin privilege allows AACC users access to download and install software on their AACC devices. Supervisor approval is required when requesting admin privilege on your AACC device.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
AACC faculty and staff with assigned an AACC device may request local administrator access. Approval from the requester's supervisor is required.
Where Can I Get It?
Select the Complete the Request Local Computer Admin Privilege button on this page. Enter all required information, including your current supervisor. If this is the first time that you have requested administrator access, your supervisor will receive an email to approve the request.
Once administrator access has been approved and provisioned, you will receive confirmation from the Technical Service Desk.
How Do I Use It?
You will receive a notification when local admin access has been provided. Your regular AACC username and password will be given administrator access on your requested device.
