What Is This Service?
Request assistance utilizing the automatic call distribution system (ACD), Cisco Finesse. Call centers at AACC, including the Service Desk, Response Center, Cashier's Office, Financial Aid, and Admissions utilize Cisco Finesse to answer calls.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Select staff offices that utilize the ACD: Technical service Desk, Cashier's Office, Admissions, Financial Aid, Records and Registration, Continuing Education, and the Response Center.
Where Can I Get It?
To access Cisco Finesse, launch the Cisco Finesse icon on your desktop (note: you need to be connected to the college network and signed into your ACD line).
