Help with a Shared Mailbox

What Is This Service?

Request a new shared mailbox or request assistance with an existing shared mailbox within Outlook. If requesting a new shared mailbox, include the mailbox name, and a list of users that should have read or read/write access.

Faculty and staff.

How Do I Use It?

A technician will contact you when the requested shared mailbox has been added to your account. You will see the shared mailbox in your Outlook and OWA inbox/folders.
