What Is This Service?

Request installation of software on an AACC laptop or desktop computer. A list of standard and non-standard software can be found in the knowledge base articles below:

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

AACC faculty and staff with an AACC device (such as a laptop or desktop computer). 

Where Can I Get It?

To request software on your AACC device:

  • Review both the Standard and Non-standard software lists (above).
    • Standard Software - Select the Request Software Installation button on this page and submit a request. Authorizations are not typically required for standard software. 
    • Non-standard Software:
      • Approvals Required?
        • Yes: Select the Request Software Installation button on this page and select your supervisor when filling out the request. IIT's Asset Management team will review and request approval from your supervisor (via email). 
        • No: Select the Request Software Installation button on this page and submit a request.

How Do I Use It?

A technician will contact you during business hours if more information is needed or when the request has been resolved. Software can be installed by IIT technician remotely. The average time for testing and deployment is 10 business days, labs may take up to three weeks to allow time for testing.
