Who Is Eligible to Use It?
AACC faculty and staff with an AACC device (such as a laptop or desktop computer).
Where Can I Get It?
To request software on your AACC device:
- Review both the Standard and Non-standard software lists (above).
- Standard Software - Select the Request Software Installation button on this page and submit a request. A Service Request Form is not required for standard software.
- Non-standard Software:

- Gather required signature(s)

How Do I Use It?
A technician will contact you during business hours if more information is needed or when the request has been resolved. Software can be installed by IIT technician remotely. The average time for testing and deployment is 10 business days, labs may take up to three weeks to allow time for testing.
