Did you recently change your name? Request this service to update IIT systems (email, Canvas, AACC directory) with your new name.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Students, faculty, and staff.
Where Can I Get It?
Faculty & staff - Contact Human Resources first, then select the Request a Name Change button on this page.
Students - View this knowledge base article regarding changing your name with the Student Records Office. The Records Office will contact IIT when the name change has been completed.
How Do I Use It?
IIT will process this request and will contact you with updates or if more information is required.
