What Is This Service?
The Employee Request for Loan service provides AACC employees with access to loaner laptops for professional use. This service is designed to support employees in fulfilling their job responsibilities when they require temporary access to technology.
Loan Periods:
- Short-term loans: Up to 14 days for occasional or emergency use.
- Long-term loans: Up to 6 months/one semester for adjunct, part-time, or temporary employees.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
- Full-time employees (short-term loans).
- Adjunct, part-time, and temporary employees (long-term loans).
Where Can I Get It?
Loaner laptops can be requested through the Technical Service Desk by completing the Equipment Loan Form linked on this page.
How Do I Use It?
- Click the Request Loaner Laptop button on this page.
- Fill out the Equipment Loan Form with the following information:
- Reason for the loan (justification).
- Desired pick-up and return dates.
- Supervisor’s contact information for approval.
- Submit the request. IIT staff will review your submission and contact you with further instructions.
