What Is This Service?

IIT will process the employee retirement account, including providing a new email account if the employee decided to "opt in" for a retiree email account. IIT will coordinate with the employee and supervisor to retrieve any hardware and software licenses.

Retiring employees should fill out the Retiree Email Opt In/Opt Out form to receive a retiree AACC email account for a period of six months after retirement.

How Do I Use It?

A technician will reach out to you during business hours if for additional information. Once you're retirement account has been created, you will need to change your password. The account will remain active, as long as you continue to use it. After 180 of inactivity, the account will be disabled and purged.
