What Is This Service?
IIT processes employee retirements by coordinating with the retiring employee and their supervisor to retrieve AACC-owned equipment and software licenses. Retiring employees may request a retiree email account, which is valid for six months after the retirement date.
To request this, retirees must complete the Retiree Email Opt-In/Opt-Out form prior to their departure. The account will be deactivated after 180 days of inactivity and permanently removed.

How Do I Use It?
After submitting a request, a technician will contact you during business hours if additional details are needed. Once the retirement account is set up, the retiree will be prompted to change their password. Retiree email accounts remain active for six months and will be disabled after 180 days of inactivity.
