Our AV Team provides comprehensive support for classroom technology and audio-visual needs, offering training on classroom equipment and assistance with AV technology for events or presentations. This service is designed to ensure that faculty, staff, and event organizers have a seamless experience with technology in classrooms and event spaces.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
This service is available to all faculty, staff, and department-affiliated event coordinators who require assistance with classroom technology, audio-visual setup, or tech training for classrooms or event spaces.
Where Can I Get It?
AV support is available at the main campus and other designated locations across AACC. Select the Request Classroom AV Training button on this page.
How Do I Use It?
To schedule training or request AV support, submit a service request through our Client Portal or contact the Technical Service Desk by phone. For urgent, on-the-spot support, visit the Technical Service Desk located in CRSC 108 or dial the direct support line 410-777-HELP (4357). Our team will assist you in ensuring your equipment is ready and running smoothly for your class or event.
