What Is This Service?

This service allows individuals who cannot sign in to their AACC account to submit a Data Subject Rights (DSR) request for Access, Deletion, or Correction of their personal information. Because the requester is not authenticated, additional identity verification will be required before the request can be processed.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

Anyone who does not have access to an active AACC account, such as former students, alumni, applicants, or individuals experiencing login issues.

How Do I Use It?

Open the public form, enter your personal information, select the type of request (Access, Deletion, or Correction), and submit. AACC staff will contact you to complete identity verification before continuing with the request.
