Obtain an official transcript for credit classes
- Select the "Certified E-Transcript" option to order an electronic or paper transcript from Parchment. Parchment charges a $7 fee for electronic transcripts and an $8.50 fee for paper transcripts. Once you select the "Certified E-Transcript" option, scroll down and enter your email address. You will then be prompted for information to create your account. After your account is created, you will be able to order transcripts online and track the status of your orders.

- Alternatively, fill out the Official Credit Transcript Request Form and mail, email, or fax the completed form to AACC's Records and Registration Office. There is no fee for this option. You may choose to either pick up a paper transcript at the Arnold location or have a paper transcript mailed to a recipient/institution.
