Obtain my Transcripts

Overview

This article was was designed to help students with questions about obtaining a copy of their Transcripts. It is a Step-by-Step instruction for ordering unofficial and official transcripts through the Parchment website.

To request a copy of your Transcripts you can follow the following steps:

1. To request transcripts from AACC, navigate to the Student Records website.
2. Select between the three options on the Request a Transcript page; Certified E-Transcripts and Non-Credit Student Record.
3. If you want to get an Official Transcript select the "Certified E-Transcript" option, from here you can order your Transcripts through the “Parchment Online Transcript Ordering System”. There is a $6 fee for using the online system.

8. Once you select the “Online Transcript Ordering System” scroll down and enter your email address. From here you will enter the required account information to create your account. Once your account is created you will be able to request your transcripts online and receive information about the status of your order.
9. For Non-credit students, transcripts can be requested using a PDF Non-credit Student Record. Complete this form and mail, email or fax it back to AACC.
