Forgot Email Address

Overview

Your AACC email address is used to sign in to MyAACC and other AACC online systems. Follow the instructions below if you need to look up your AACC email address.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the email recovery page in the Password Management Tool:  

  2. Enter the required information: First Name, Last Name, Birth Date, and Alternate Email Address.* Perform the "I'm not a robot" CAPTCHA and select Retrieve User ID.

  3. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email from passwordmanagement@aacc.edu containing your AACC email address.

*Note: The alternate email address on file must be the alternate email address provided when submitting the Retrieve User ID request. If the AACC system contains a different email address, you'll receive an error message. Please call the Technical Service Desk at 410-777-4357 to retrieve your AACC email address.
