What Is This Service?
The Equipment Loan service provides access to loaner laptops for short- and long-term use by AACC employees. This service ensures you have the technology needed to perform your academic or professional responsibilities effectively.
Loan Periods:
- Short-term loans: Up to 14 days
- Long-term loans: Up to 6 months/one semester (eligible for adjunct, part-time, or temporary employees).
Where Can I Get It?
Employees: Request a loaner laptop through the Equipment Loan Form linked on this page. Devices are issued by the Technical Service Desk.
Students: Visit the library’s website for details on device availability and loan policies.
Additional Information
For Employees:

- Complete the Equipment Loan Form, including:
- Reason for the loan (justification).
- Desired pick-up and return dates.
- Supervisor's contact information for approval.
- Submit your request. You’ll be contacted with details about pick-up and return instructions.
For Students:
