What Is This Service?
Your Microsoft Teams account can be assigned a phone number, so that you can dial external phone numbers and receive external calls from people outside of AACC.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
AACC faculty and staff, with permission from their supervisor.
Where Can I Get It?
Select the Request Teams Number button on this page. Fill out all of the required fields, including your supervisor's name. Your supervisor will receive an email request for approval. IIT has a limited amount of phone numbers available for Teams.
How Do I Use It?
Once a Teams direct dial phone number has been assigned to your @aacc.edu account, you'll see the phone number listed in your Teams application.
