What Is This Service?
Request assistance setting up or using Microsoft's Self Service Password Reset (SSPR). Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) allows AACC students and employees to reset a forgotten password, without relying on assistance from the Technical Service Desk. SSPR will soon be available to the AACC community due to IIT's efforts implementing Microsoft’s Cloud Single Sign-on Solution.

How Do I Use It?
For detailed instructions on setting up and/or using SSPR, visit the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) Registration knowledge base article.
SSPR settings can be accessed by selecting View Account from within the Outlook Web App. Then, select Security Info from the left navigation.
