Getting Billed For Adobe Subscription

Overview

Being billed for an Adobe Subscription through your AACC account typically indicates that a personal Adobe account has been created using your AACC email address, outside of AACC's administrative controls. To stop the subscription, you will need to log into Adobe with the personal account option presented during sign in, not the Work or School option.

Instructions

1. Go to the Adobe webpage: https://www.adobe.com/

2. Select Sign In in the top right corner.

3. Enter your AACC email address and select Continue.

4. Select Personal Account.

5. Enter your password (This is not necessarily your AACC password, if you do not know your password reset the password using the Adobe Forgot My Password tool)

6. After signing in, select your profile picture at the top right corner and then select Manage Account.

7. Then select Plans and Payments at the top and from the drop down menu select Plans. You should then be able to cancel the plan/subscription from there.
