Clear Teams Cache

Overview

If you are experiencing issues with Teams, clearing it's cache may help.

Instructions

1. Ensure Teams is completely closed. Select the ^ at the bottom right corner of your desktop, right click Teams and select Quit Teams.

2. Select the search box in the bottom task bar and search "Run", select the Run application to open it.

3. From the Run search box enter this file path: %userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams

Search for the file path

4. Delete all files and folders.

Delete all files and folders in the directory

5. Reopen Teams
