Overview
Microsoft Office productivity applications can be accessed through a web browser or installed locally on a personal device (i.e., the device cannot be owned or managed by AACC). Use the links below to navigate to different sections on this page.
Accessing M365 in the browser
- Sign in to MyAACC and select Microsoft 365 from the Email and Microsoft 365 card.

- Select Apps from the left navigation bar.

Downloading and installing M365 on a laptop/PC
- Sign into MyAACC and select Microsoft 365 from the Email and Microsoft 365 card.

- Select Apps from the left navigation bar.

- In the upper right, select Install apps > Microsoft 365 apps. This will open a new tab.

- Select My account from the left navigation bar, then Install Office. This will download the OfficeSetup.exe file.

- Navigate to the downloaded OfficeSetup.exe file. Double click/select the file to begin the installation. You will be prompted for permission to install the software. After granting permission, a window with a progress bar will appear. Note that this installation process can take 30+ minutes.
- Once Microsoft Office has successfully been installed, search for and launch the desired application (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Sign in with your AACC email address and password.
Deactivating M365 on a laptop/PC
You can sign into Microsoft Office with your AACC credentials on up to five laptops/PCs. If you would like to sign into Office with your AACC credentials on a sixth device, you will need to first sign out of one of your current devices.
- Follow steps 1 through 3 in Downloading and installing M365 on a laptop/PC.
- Select Apps & devices from the left navigation bar, then expand the Devices dropdown. Select Sign out next to the desired device, then confirm Sign out in the window that appears. Note that this will not uninstall Microsoft Office from the device.

Installing M365 apps on a mobile device
To install Microsoft 365 applications on an Android or iOS mobile device, download the desired app(s) (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) from your app store. Launch the application and sign in with your AACC email address and password.
