What is Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise?
It is the fully functional version of Microsoft Office available for download on personal devices for AACC faculty, staff, and students and One Drive cloud storage.
If I want Office on my work computer, may I download this?
No. Office 365 can only be downloaded for use on personal computers and devices. This software is already installed on your AACC-owned and managed computers or devices.
How many machines/devices may I run this subscription on?
Each subscription license allows you to run Office on up to five devices - Mac or PC. You can also run Office Mobile on mobile phones ( iPhone & Android) and tablets (Windows, iPad, Android tablet).
How long may I leverage Microsoft 365 for enterprise?
The guidelines are such that faculty and staff can leverage this program for as long as they have an active MyAACC account. Student accounts remain active for16 months after their last class.
How is it different from the version of Office that I normally install?
Office 365 is a subscription model, which means that the most recent version of the Office suite will be available at all times for download or upgrade.
