Overview
The following knowledge base article contains AACC's best practices for students utilizing Self Services or Student Planning, accessed from the MyAACC Portal.
To access Self Services:
- Navigate to the card labeled Self Services.
- Select ACCESS SELF SERVICES.
Supported Web Browsers
Ellucian recommends and supports the following web browsers with Self Service:
- Google Chrome (preferred)
- Mozilla Firefox
The following browsers are not supported:
- Safari
- Microsoft Edge
- Opera
- Internet Explorer
Caching Problem
Some browser add-ons can cause issues with caching. If you are expecting updated information, such as room locations or course registration information, try clearing your browser's cache. Follow this link for instructions for Clearing your Browser's Cache.
