Unlink @mymail OneDrive Account

Overview

Employee files at AACC are stored within the employee account (ex. rhawk2@aacc.edu).  The student account should not be used for files that you would previously store on your H Drive. 

Issue

Don't see your files in OneDrive?  Or, does your OneDrive account list @mymail.aacc.edu?

Follow the instructions below to sign out of your student (@mymail) OneDrive and sign in to your employee (@aacc) OneDrive account. 

Windows / PC Instructions

Open OneDrive by right-clicking on the OneDrive cloud icon from the Notification area and selecting Settings

On the Account tab, verify that your aacc.edu account is linked. If your mymail.aacc.edu is linked, select Unlink this PC.

Follow the Logging in to OneDrive Client instructions here to sign in with your employee (administrative) email. 

MacOS Instructions

Open OneDrive by right-clicking (ctl click) on the OneDrive cloud icon from the Menu bar and selecting Preferences.

On the Accounts tab, verify that your @aacc.edu account is linked.  If your @mymail.aacc.edu account is linked, select Unlink this Mac.
