Overview
The Juliet 120 Braille printer is used for Braille mathematics, music, tactile graphics, and documents.
This is used by students and instructors.
This printer is located in SUNB 140E. - Mira Wachs is the contact for assistance.
Instructions
This Printer is setup to be connected to users device via usb connector, drivers can be found on the website Humanware - Juliet 120 double-sided braille embosser - Blindness - Humanware - Low vision and blindness solutions: Magnifiers, Braille devices, Audio assistants, Orientation and mobility, and Embossers or the usb drive that is shipped with the printer. A usb drive with the content can also be used to print instead of connecting to users device.
- DuxBury font is required to use the printer. This font needs to be installed on the device that's connecting to the printer.
- The printer does not use ink, it is also a double sided printer.
- The printer should be in the locked position before moving.
- The control panel on the front of the printer will allow you to navigate through your printing options. The control panel is voice activated.
