To request a Colleague password reset, kill session, or account enable please call or stop by the Technical Service Desk in CRSC 108.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Faculty and staff with Colleague access.
Where Can I Get It?
To request help with your Colleague account, follow these steps:
- Call or stop by the Technical Service Desk in CRSC 108.
- The team will verify your access and identity and assist you with accessing your account.
How Do I Use It?
After successful identity verification, the Technical Service Desk will perform required actions on your Colleague account.
