Overview
AACC officially retired WebAdvisor on 6/30/2022 and will be replaced with the Colleague Self Services. On 6/30 the Self Services link in MyAACC was changed to the new home for these services. As part of this transition a small number of items were moved to new locations.
This knowledge article serves as an archive for features previously accessed from Web Advisor.
Items moving outside of Self Services
A small number of items did not move to the new Self Services and alternative solutions were chosen to address needed functionality. These items may now be located on aacc.edu, MyAACC portal, or the intranet. For convenience, when possible external links to these items will be placed in Self Services. Items not being delivered by the new Self Services include:
Noncredit Registration
Noncredit (Continuing Education) Registration was moved to Destiny One on 7/19/222.
Personal Bookmarks to WebAdvisor from MyAACC or Web Browsers
If a user has saved a bookmarked link for a service that was in WebAdvisor, these links will still remain on the users' account in MyAACC or the Web Browser that they were saved in. These personalized bookmarks cannot be removed automatically.
If a user opens one of these links they will taken to a WebAdvisor page but no services will be available. Users should update or delete this personalized bookmarks as they will no longer work.
