Frequently Asked Questions

The following list of FAQs has been compiled to assist AACC faculty and staff with utilizing components in Self Services. 

Grading and Attendance  Faculty Record final grades, attendance, and view your class roster.
Class Roster and Student Information Faculty View course rosters and student information
Return Agreement Faculty View and accept your faculty return agreement for the upcoming fiscal year.
Adjunct Contract Approval Faculty View and approve your adjunct faculty contracts. 
FY Salary Increase Faculty and Staff View your current salary and your salary for the upcoming fiscal year. 
Items moving out of Self Services Faculty and Staff Items such as traffic citations and IPD registrations are not available in Self Services. 
Student Referral Faculty Refer a student to Academic Advising for advising support or non-academic services.
Employee Parking Permit Faculty and Staff Request a permit to park on campus.
Adjunct Tuition Waiver Information Part-time Faculty View tuition waiver information in Self Service to submit a part-time faculty tuition waiver.
Professional Development Activities Faculty Self-reporting of professional development activities.
Faculty Class Schedule Export Faculty Export your class schedule from Self Services and import into your Outlook calendar.

WebAdvisor is being retired on 6/30/2022 and will be replaced with the new Colleague Self Services. On 6/30 the Self Services link in the MyAACC portal will direct users to the new home for these services. As part of this transition a small number of services will be moving to new locations.
