Overview
Faculty contracts are available in Colleague Self Services, accessed from the MyAACC Portal. Written instructions are available below.
Instructions
After signing in to MyAACC, select Self Services, either from the Main Menu button in the top left, or from the Self Services card.
Access the Self Services links:
- Select the User Options icon (silhouette of a person)
- Select Required Agreements
Access available Faculty Contracts:
- Select the View button for the Adjunct Faculty Contract to be reviewed.
Selection of Adjunct Faculty Contract for approval:
- Select the Print button if you want a hard copy of the contract to review.
- Select the “Accept or Decline” button to submit your choice relating to this contract.
3. After acceptance of the contract terms another option to Print the contract details is displayed.
Troubleshooting
Previous contracts are no longer available to be viewed online. However, if you reach out to your instructional coordinator, they can help answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
