The Technical Service Desk (TSD) Client Portal is available for all AACC students, faculty, staff, and guests. Available 24/7, the TSD Client Portal is a web-based tool which allows you to search for answers to technical questions by using the Knowledge Base; submit a Help Ticket for technical support using the Service Catalog; schedule a virtual appointment with a Technology Support Services Technician, and more.
