Configuring Email for iOS (Mail App)

How do I configure my Outlook email on an iOS device?

1. From the Home screen, navigate to Settings.

• Select Accounts & Passwords.
• Tap Add Account.
• Select Microsoft Exchange.

2. Enter your AACC email address and password, and select Next.

• Student: rhawk2@mymail.aacc.edu
• Facutly/staff: rhawk2@aacc.edu

3. Click Sign in (not configure manually) if it appears.

• Username: (Full email address) username@aacc.edu or username@mymail.aacc.edu
• Password
• Multifactor Authentication approval (employees only)

4. Tap Next.
5. Tap Save.
