AACC supports a wide range of software suites and applications. Non-standard software can be requested by staff to be installed on their AACC computers, a Software Request Form should be completed.


Audio Visual (AV) Services provides a wide variety of media resources to support classroom instruction and campus events. AV Services supports all presentation equipment, including classroom projectors, document cameras, control systems, hearing assist units, screen sharing/collaboration equipment, non-instructional event equipment, and conferencing hardware.


The Microsoft Office 365 suite of online software applications are available to AACC users.


The Microsoft Outlook Client is available on all college issued desktop and laptop computers. This facilitates management of college related email communications, a calendar, and meeting scheduling.


Request local computer admin privilege to download and install software on your AACC devices. Supervisor approval is required when requesting admin privilege on your AACC device.


Colleague is the AACC Enterprise Resource Planning and Student Information System


Tableau is a software application used to present data analytics in a visualized form.


Canvas is AACC’s Learning Management System (LMS). Canvas allows instructors and students to conduct and participate in all aspects of their courses. Canvas is used in nearly all courses at the college as the online hub for delivering content like the syllabus, course schedule, assignments, course modules, study pages, and grades. Canvas allows instructors, students, and classmates to communicate with each other via course discussions, videoconference, and messages. Instructors and students can upload and download assignments, documents, videos, and audio recordings.


The MyAACC portal is secure website that contains information for AACC faculty, staff and students. There are two portals, one for faculty and staff, and one for students.


25Live is a web-based event calendaring, scheduling, and publishing system. 25live can be used to request classrooms and spaces on campus for academic or non-academic events.


Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) provides access to cloud based virtual desktops to support remote learning and administrative access when away from campus. Access to AVD can be accomplished utilizing an installed remote desktop client or via any modern web browser.


Multifactor authentication (MFA) is required for faculty and staff to access M365 services. This includes Email, OneDrive, Teams, Office Suite, Forms, Bookings, and other Microsoft applications. Microsoft MFA is also used to authenticate for remote access (FortiClient / VPN).


The AACC Intranet is a private, secure network website only accessibly by AACC faculty and staff with an active account. It contains internal department information, instructions, links, policies and procedures.


TimeClock Plus is AACC's leave and time recording system.


Self Services replaced WebAdvisor as Colleague's end user interface. Colleague Self Services can be accessed from the Menu in the MyAACC Portal.


Remote solutions connecting to the AACC network or an on-campus AACC workstation.


AACC offers digital and physical ID cards. Digital, or mobile ID cards can be accessed by using the TouchNet 360u mobile app.


The AACC Wireless network is available within buildings at Arnold and some remote sites.  For assistance connecting to AACC Wireless on your device, please request this service.


Ellucian Recruit, Constituent Relationship Management software used for admissions and recruiting.


Shared network drives are file directories stored on AACC servers. These may include a personal Home Directory or file directories for your department, team, or work group. Access may be Read Only or Read/Write.


Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) self-service password reset (SSPR) allows the AACC community to change or reset a forgotten password, with no administrator or service desk involvement.
