AACC supports a wide range of software suites and applications. Non-standard software can be requested by staff to be installed on their AACC computers, a Software Request Form should be completed.


Submit accessibility-related requests or request a review by the IDEA Lab to ensure an inclusive learning environment. The team provides guidance on accessible course materials, digital content, and other accessibility concerns.


Hardware can be requested by AACC staff and faculty.  Employees can submit requests using the service offering Request for Equipment.


An account with a secure username and password that allows access to Self-Service functions, Instructional Email, Canvas LMS, Events Calendar, Help Topics, Announcements, and more


The Microsoft Office 365 suite of online software applications are available to AACC users.


Students enrolled in certain technology courses have access to VMware software to create and operate virtual machines on a single physical machine.


The AACC Wireless network is available within buildings at Arnold and some remote sites.  For assistance connecting to AACC Wireless on your device, please request this service.


This Service provides access to loaner laptops for short- and long-term use by AACC employees. This service ensures you have the technology needed to perform your academic or professional responsibilities effectively.


Report suspicious or unwanted emails, including phishing attempts, for review by the Information Security team.


Canvas is AACC’s Learning Management System (LMS). Canvas allows instructors and students to conduct and participate in all aspects of their courses. Canvas is used in nearly all courses at the college as the online hub for delivering content like the syllabus, course schedule, assignments, course modules, study pages, and grades. Canvas allows instructors, students, and classmates to communicate with each other via course discussions, videoconference, and messages. Instructors and students can upload and download assignments, documents, videos, and audio recordings.


The Microsoft Outlook Client is available on all college issued desktop and laptop computers. This facilitates management of college related email communications, a calendar, and meeting scheduling.


An Admissions Account is an applicant account with a personal username (email address) and unique password. This provides access to a students Ellucian Recruit admissions account.


The Student Opinion Form system displays your courses that are currently open for responses. The survey is available for a limited time; it opens after the course withdrawal date and closes prior to the end of the term.


Self Services replaced WebAdvisor as Colleague's end user interface. Colleague Self Services can be accessed from the Menu in the MyAACC Portal.


Report a compromised or suspicious account for yourself or on behalf of someone else. Our team will investigate and take necessary steps to secure the account.


The MyAACC portal is secure website that contains information for AACC faculty, staff and students. There are two portals, one for faculty and staff, and one for students.


Audio Visual (AV) Services provides a wide variety of media resources to support classroom instruction and campus events. AV Services supports all presentation equipment, including classroom projectors, document cameras, control systems, hearing assist units, screen sharing/collaboration equipment, non-instructional event equipment, and conferencing hardware.


IIT's Innovation, Design, Engagement, Accessibility (IDEA) Lab team is here to help you create your multimedia production project.


AACC uses Zoom and Teams as their video conferencing application. Zoom and Teams are available on all college issued desktop and laptop computers.


TimeClock Plus is AACC's leave and time recording system.


Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) provides access to cloud based virtual desktops to support remote learning and administrative access when away from campus. Access to AVD can be accomplished utilizing an installed remote desktop client or via any modern web browser.


Colleague is the AACC Enterprise Resource Planning and Student Information System


Printing and scanning support is offered for AACC printers and scanners throughout buildings/offices and classrooms.
